Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your group or private trip with Falcon Travel Tours. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by the following.

Booking & payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The deposit amount may vary per trip and will be communicated on booking.
Full payment must be completed by the specified due date before departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
Flexible payment plans are available. Details will be provided on request and must be adhered to as agreed.

Cancellations & refunds

If you cancel your trip:

More than 60 days before departure: the deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments may be partially refunded (depending on supplier terms).
30–59 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.
Less than 30 days before departure: no refunds will be issued.

If Falcon Travel Tours cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. low bookings or government restrictions), clients will receive a full refund or credit for a future trip.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all international group trips and must include cover for trip cancellation, medical emergencies and personal belongings.
Proof of insurance must be submitted before departure.

Changes to itinerary

While every effort is made to deliver the advertised itinerary, Falcon Travel Tours reserves the right to make changes due to operational requirements, weather, unforeseen events or supplier requirements.
We will notify all travellers of significant changes and offer suitable alternatives.

Liability

Falcon Travel Tours acts as an agent for transportation, accommodation and activities, and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage or delay caused by third parties.
Travellers participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

Photography & media

By joining a group trip, you consent to being photographed or filmed for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before departure.

Fuel levy

All quoted rates are based on fuel prices at the time the quotation is issued. Falcon Travel Tours reserves the right to apply a fuel levy or surcharge in the event of a significant increase in fuel prices, fuel-related taxes or transportation operating costs beyond our reasonable control. Any such fuel levy will be communicated to the client in writing and is payable before the start of travel or services.

Acceptance of terms

Booking a trip with Falcon Travel Tours signifies your understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions.
