Overview
The Cape's greatest hits, properly guided
Cape Town packs mountains, two oceans, vineyards and four centuries of history into a remarkably small area. The trick is seeing it without spending your holiday in traffic or queues, and that is what this five-day programme is built to do.
Three big days out
One day follows the Cape Peninsula to Cape Point, the penguins at Boulders Beach and Simon's Town, with a seafood lunch on the way. Another heads into the Winelands, through Paarl, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch, with two tastings and lunch. The third takes you up Table Mountain, weather permitting, and through the Bo-Kaap, District Six and the old heart of the city.
Looked after throughout
An English-speaking driver-guide and an air-conditioned vehicle are with you from arrival to departure, and you stay four nights at Hotel Sky or similar with breakfast each morning.
